Serum is a concentrated, rich in active ingredients cosmetic that does not have to be used every day. It is not necessary in the care routine, but it is worth using it to intensify and diversify the effect of all applied cosmetics. In addition, a serum with a specific active ingredient helps with various skin problems such as discoloration, blemishes or signs of aging. A regular moisturizing serum can be used daily to help the cream work.
How to use face serum?
After cleansing, exfoliating and toning, it's time to apply the serum. A cosmetic with an oil or gel formula should be applied to the skin moistened with tonic or hydrolat. The acid serum must be applied to a cleansed and thoroughly dried face. Pour a small amount of the preparation into the palm of your hand and spread it evenly with your fingertips over the surface of the skin. We wait for the serum to dry and then apply the cream. Please note that acidic cheeses or those with retinol and other vitamin A derivatives should not be applied near the eyes. The skin under the eye is very thin and sensitive, which is why a strong serum may cause irritation and flaking of the skin. There are dedicated creams and eye serum on the market, which are very delicate and moisturizing. They are supposed to make the skin rested and illuminated.
