What payment options do you offer?

We offer credit card payments, PayPo payments and PayPal payments.

Credit card payments

We accept payment by the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Purchases made with VISA, MasterCard or American Express can be verified with 3D Secure or SecureCode for security and fraud prevention.

To meet the highest security requirements set by credit card providers, credit card payments at Kiré Skin are handled by hosted payment provider Adyen N.V. No payments are handled directly by Kiré Skin's servers. Adyen N.V. is licensed for 3D Secure and is fully compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

PayPo payments

When shopping with PayPo you will discover new possibilities. You buy wisely - what you want and check the goods at home, without freezing your funds. You pay only for what suits you, and you have up to 30 days to pay it back - at no extra cost. Convenient and safe - no cards and no hidden costs.

PayPal payments

Kiré Skin also offers the option of paying via a PayPal account.

Where are we shipping to?

Kiré Skin offers shipping within the EU, Schengen and the United States. For delivery to other countries please contact helo@kireskin.com.

Which carriers can I use?

Kiré Skin offers shipping via Inpost, Polish Post and FedEx.

After the entire order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note that the checkout estimates are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary depending on your shipping location.

How can I return a product?

If you receive an incomplete or damaged package ordered through the Kiré Skin online store, you have the right to withdraw your purchase or replace the product by sending a notification to hello @ kireskin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned product (s) should be in unused condition with original invoice no later than 14 days after notification has been sent.

Returns will only be accepted if the labels and original packaging are fully intact and suitable for re-sale. Kiré Skin will not accept returns where labels have been removed or products have been opened.

Returns will be refunded within 14 days of returning the product using the same payment method used for the original purchase on amount paid to Kiré Skin.

Please note that Kire Skin does not handle refunds or withdrawals from other sellers. For these matters, please contact the dealer from whom the purchase was made.
